Q: What
is Est. fee?
A: The estimation fee is charged
when we do not receive a meter reading from you on your payment stub.
Q: When
should I read my meter?
A: If your meter is read about
the same time each month, your bill will be approximately the same.
Q: Why
does it have a "previous balance" when I know I sent my payment?
A: We may have received it after
the due date or we may not have received it at all. Call our office at 701-488-2536 and we will help you solve this problem.
Q: I
couldn't have used this much water!
A: You may not have - numbers
can be transposed or hard to read. We can fix it! Or, you could have
a leaky toilet that's difficult to detect. Just call the office, we'll
help you figure it out!
