This is the new rate schedule for Traill Rural Water District starting on the October, 2009 Billing.
This schedule includes all the water system improvement and the two new water treatment plants that will be built in the next two years.
A $7,900,000.00 grant has not been acted on by the House of Representatives, provided it pass, we will have received between 70-75% Grant on the entire project.
